Yesterday wasn’t the greatest day ever. I spent much of the day angry and bitter. One thing after another sent me closer and closer to completely losing it.
By the time we picked Noah up from work, I had one foot over the edge, so he suggested I take off for a while by myself.
A 5k run later, my head was a little clearer, I had a few sweet emails waiting for me, and I went to sleep calm and content.
The light shining through the frosted windshield this morning was a reminder to me that today is a new day, fresh with promises of its own.
